BETA TERMS OF USE

A trusted network requires honest participation.

Effective August 24, 2026. These are interim public-beta terms and should receive attorney review before a broad commercial launch.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful information. You are responsible for activity under your account and may not impersonate another person or organization. AutoMatch supports passwordless email access and, for existing beta members, optional ChatGPT sign-in. You must not share or misuse a sign-in link or another member's session.

Professional profiles

Career history, credentials, accomplishments, brands, and employment claims must be accurate. AutoMatch may review, restrict, or remove misleading profiles, but does not independently guarantee every member claim.

Dealer participation

Dealer accounts must represent a legitimate dealership or dealer group. Representatives must be authorized to recruit or communicate for that business. Approval may be suspended or revoked for misleading opportunities, misuse of data, harassment, discrimination, or spam.

Confidential opportunities

Opportunity details and member responses are intended for legitimate employment conversations. Users must respect profile privacy, keep contact details within the intended hiring conversation, and comply with employment, equal-opportunity, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape profiles, build outside databases, resell member information, send bulk unsolicited promotions, evade privacy settings, introduce malicious code, or use AutoMatch for unlawful or deceptive activity.

Beta service

AutoMatch is an evolving beta and may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. Access may be limited or ended to protect the community. The service is provided without a promise of employment, hiring results, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Content and platform rights

You keep ownership of information you submit and give AutoMatch permission to store, process, and display it only as needed to provide the features and visibility you select. The AutoMatch name, design, software, and platform materials remain the property of AutoMatch.

Enforcement

AutoMatch may investigate reports, preserve relevant records, limit access, reject or suspend dealer verification, and remove content or accounts that threaten safety, trust, or lawful operation.
