These standards apply to professionals, dealership representatives, and every AutoMatch interaction.

Be real

Use your real professional identity and accurate career experience. Dealerships must accurately identify their business, authority, franchise relationships, location, and opportunities.

Respect confidentiality

Do not disclose that a member received or answered an opportunity. Do not export, screenshot, distribute, or repurpose private career or contact information outside a legitimate conversation.

Recruit responsibly

Send relevant opportunities to qualified people. Clearly communicate the role, location, compensation information available, and whether the dealership identity is initially confidential. No bait-and-switch listings or mass spam.

Keep it professional

No harassment, discrimination, threats, sexual content, intimidation, retaliation, or persistent contact after someone passes or asks you to stop.

No data harvesting

Automated scraping, contact-list building, resale of member data, and use of profiles for unrelated marketing are prohibited.

Report concerns

Use the confidential safety-reporting area for false profiles, privacy violations, dealership misconduct, harassment, or spam. Reports are reviewed by the founder during beta.

Consequences

AutoMatch may warn, restrict, suspend, or remove participants and may revoke dealership verification when conduct undermines member trust or safety.
