AUTOMATCH FAQ
Privacy, access, and matching—explained.
Clear answers for automotive professionals and verified dealerships.
Is AutoMatch a job board?+
No. AutoMatch is a private automotive career identity and permission-based matching network. Professionals are not publicly labeled as job seekers.
Who can search professional Career IDs?+
Only dealerships that complete founder verification can access the private talent-search workspace.
Does AutoMatch reveal contact information?+
No. Phone numbers, email addresses, private compensation preferences, and protected identities remain hidden until the professional responds positively to an opportunity.
Is membership free?+
Professional membership is free during the public beta. Dealership beta access is limited and requires verification.
Can a professional remain anonymous?+
Yes. Professionals can hide their identity and current employer while still allowing verified dealerships to evaluate their experience.
How does matching work?+
AutoMatch uses structured roles, career history, dealership brands, departments, specialties, years of experience, management experience, location, and private compensation alignment.
Can members control or delete their information?+
Yes. Members can pause discovery, change privacy settings, export account information, and request permanent deletion.
What does verified mean?+
Dealership verification confirms that AutoMatch reviewed the dealership application. Professional verification means the founder reviewed career information supplied by that member. Neither is a background check or employment guarantee.
